After completing Sylvestro’s project – The Pavilion – back in 2023, Silv’s passion for entertaining and hosting extended beyond the cooking and eating to a games room area with pool table. We were invited back to extend the original barn to house his indoor training pool. The original barn was 52m2, 12m across the back, the new extension became an additional 50m2, totalling 102m2!
The new addition has been fitted with a changing room with full body electric dryer and 4 air conditioning units to maintain a stable ambient temperature all year round and moisture free.
We are a ‘one stop shop’ and can take care of groundwork, design, building and finishing.
