Garlic bread topped with mozzarella & caramelised onion marmalade

Ingredients

  • Amigo Pizza dough
  • Crushed garlic, 2 cloves
  • Butter, approx 50g or extra virgin olive oil
  • Mozzarella balls
  • Caramelised onion marmalade
  • Rosemary

Here is our classic Garlic Bread / Focaccia recipe but with an added twist. A perfect accompaniment to share with family and friends. Cooking garlic bread is a quick and easy way to test whether your oven is at the right temperature before cooking the pizzas.

Don’t be shy about the garlic either!

  • Fire up your Amigo oven as per instructions.
  • Roll out dough and cover with some melted butter and crushed garlic. Top with the onion marmalade and chunks of mozzarella. Add fresh rosemary if desired.
  • Allow to cook for  90 seconds or so.
  • Remove from the heat and drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
