Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 5cl oil
- 2 onions
- 140g smoked bacon
- 40g butter
- 100g of cheese
- 10cl heavy cream
- Grated nutmeg
- 1tbp oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Prepare the dough using a food processor or by hand. Mix the flour, 2 teaspoon of salt, oil and gradually 15cl of lukewarm water.
- Work a few minutes to obtain a very elastic dough, knead 5 minutes and let stand 1 hour.
- Cook in your Amigo oven as you would pizza
