Tarte Flambé


  • 250g flour
  • 5cl oil
  • 2 onions
  • 140g smoked bacon
  • 40g butter
  • 100g of cheese
  • 10cl heavy cream
  • Grated nutmeg
  • 1tbp oil
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Prepare the dough using a food processor or by hand. Mix the flour, 2 teaspoon of salt, oil and gradually 15cl of lukewarm water.
  2. Work a few minutes to obtain a very elastic dough, knead 5 minutes and let stand 1 hour.
  3. Cook in your Amigo oven as you would pizza
